Customer Service Terms and Conditions.
If you authorize or request us to contact you regarding a customer service issue, we may call, text, or email you at the telephone number and/or email address that you provide us. You further agree that we may, for training purposes or to better our customer service, listen to and record phone conversations you have with us regarding customer service issues. Changes to this Statement and update the effective date is when this Statement is updated. The changes will take effect as soon as posted.
Product.
All descriptions, images, content, specifications, products and prices of Items are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures, and other descriptions of such product are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.
Shipping.
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 5 business days depending on delivery location address. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $20 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from any Free Shipping promotions and coupons.
Cancellations.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel any Transaction or limit Item quantity. We may request additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing your Transaction. In verifying your method of payment, shipping address and other information available to us, we may decide to cancel or otherwise reduce the quantity of Items in your Transaction. In such case, we will use our best efforts to notify you by e-mail. If your credit or debit card has been charged, we will process any refund that may be due to you in the same manner. No cash refunds. Changes to this Statement and update the effective date is when this Statement is updated. The changes will take effect as soon as posted.
Returns/Refunds.
All purchases are final. If an item is damaged at time of delivery, Pistil Creations will resend another product if original and only when original item(s) are returned and received by Pistil Creations. Per cancellation terms, if we are not able to replace due to unique materials and accessories, your Transaction may be cancelled and Pistil Creations may refund within 48 hours.
